Atlas Novus: The Fulfillment of a 30-Year Dream

Atlas Novus represents the realization of a 30-year dream—a journey of dedication, resilience, and growth. I have devoted my life to becoming the psychotherapist I am today. While the path was often challenging, it has been an incredibly rewarding experience, and I wouldn’t change a single step of it.

My Master's education in counseling and psychology was earned at St. Mary's University, where I graduated Cum Laude and developed the foundation for my practice. However, it was the invaluable lessons I learned through real-life experiences—what I call my "Ph.D. from the School of Hard Knocks"—that truly shaped who I am as a therapist. These experiences, combined with my passion and determination, have provided me with a unique perspective on life, which allows me to make a profound impact on the lives of others.

Today, I am privileged to guide my clients through their challenges, drawing on both my academic training and the wisdom gained from my personal journey. This combination enables me to offer compassionate, effective guidance and support tailored to each individual's needs.
